I need drugs!

I resumed taking my medicine. I noticed that I've been feeling dizzy and nauseous lately after I stopped taking them. I also realized that the doctor didn't give me any antibiotic after the surgery, except for the drugs infused intravenously. A friend told me that Diclofenac is an anti-inflammatory and analgesic in one. So I guess I need to resume taking it to prevent infection, too.
