Marlou's first dish

At last, for the first time, Marlou cooked a Filipino dish, Afritada, today. Earlier, he went to the supermarket to buy all the needed ingredients. When he went back, he told me that he wanted to cook. So I helped him with peeling, slicing, dicing the ingredients. He managed to finish cooking just after Brice and I were done preparing for work. And his Afritada wasn't really that bad for a first timer!

He's planning to cook for the rest of the time we've got here in our apartment. The new tower of the Pudong Shangri-la Hotel will be opened soon. We're quite worried that we might be asked to move again. I know it's more convenient staying in the hotel but we're just starting to get the hang of staying in an apartment. Well, whatever...
